What do you do with customers' personal information? We keep all customer information strictly confidential. We do not use your information for any purpose other than completing your e-commerce transaction. We never sell, distribute or otherwise provide customer information to outside entities. The only situation in which we would ever share customer information is if we are required to do so by law.

Will my order be shipped confidentially and discreetly? We ship all orders in plain brown or white boxes with no external markings.

To take the worry out of using your credit card to order through the web, The O! Factory uses VeriSign's SSL encryption - the industry standard method for safely transferring information over the Internet.

The characters you enter for your credit card information, your name, address and any other personal information you provide are scrambled when transmitted to The O! Factory, making it impossible for a third party to intercept your personal information.

Ordering:

To Select an Item to Purchase – Just click the Add to Basket button that corresponds with the item you’ve selected to purchase to continue shopping or, click the Buy One Now button to select the item and proceed to check out.

Buying Items in Your Basket – Just hit the "check out" button on the bottom of your screen and your final price will be tallied for you.

Buying Items via the Order Form - Still uncomfortable about using your credit card for web site purchases? Just fill out the order form and print it. Then you can mail it, with a money order or cashier's check to our Customer Service department for processing.

Changing Item Quantities – Before checking out just type the number of items you want in the "Quantity" field on your order form, then click the "Update Quantities" button.

Deleting Items From Your Basket – Before checking out just click the "Remove" box that corresponds to the item you’ve chosen not to order and click the "Recalculate" button.

Checking on the Status of an Order – Visit the O! Factory and click on My Account

Canceling an Order – Just email (service@ofactory.com) within 24 hours of your order and we will gladly terminate your requests. However, if your order has been shipped, it can’t be canceled and you will be charged.

Pricing and Availability – All prices are subject to change without notice.

The O! Factory. is not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors.

If a product is back ordered at time of order, it will be shipped as soon as possible at the price listed at the time of the order.

Shipping Rates & Policies:For more details on our shipping rates and policies please go to Shipping Information page. Most in-stock orders are delivered in 7-10 business days. If you want your order sooner, upgrade to Rush Service which delivers in 3-4 business days. Note that not all items are available for rush service. Additional charges may be imposed on some larger items.

Prices and product availability are subject to change. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you of an anticipated delivery date.

When will I receive my order?

Orders received by 2 P.M. EST will be processed for shipping the next day and your shipment should arrive within 2-7 days for all items in stock (Most items are always in stock).
Canadian residents please allow 3-10 days for delivery.
For international orders please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment.

Web Return Policy:

If you return an item within 15 days of ordering and the item is still in its unopened package, we will reimburse you the full merchandise amount*.

Please do not return merchandise without authorization. Also, please do not ship returned merchandise to our distribution facility. You will receive shipping instructions in the RMA.**

Please eMail service@ofactory.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to expedite service. Please save all shipping materials and damaged product.

*SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE IS NON-RETURNABLE UNLESS BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE. Credit will be issued to the credit card used to pay for the order minus the shipping charges included in your initial order. Shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. NO COD returns will be accepted.
**Merchandise returned without an RMA will be charged a $10.00 processing fee.


To arrange returning merchandise, please eMail service@ofactory.com and request a Return Merchandise form. We will send you a printable form to affix to the package for return and assign an RMA number.  Reimbursement will not be provided unless the Return Merchandise form is affixed to the package and the RMA number is included.
